Not only does the PBNS service save customers from having to use their own printing and binding supplies for times when a hard-copy transcript is in need, but PBNS also saves customers lots of time by sending them a hard copy (or copies) of their transcripts that are conveniently hole punched and bound inside of a standard, black binder (or different color upon request).

PBNS prevents customers from taking time out of their busy schedule to print, hole punch, and bind the transcript pages themselves, especially when hard copies are in need for quickly-approaching, meetings or conferences.

RYA also offers a Printing 'n Binding (PNB) service for local customers who elect to pick up their binders in-person rather than

having them shipped.

RYA will also provide hand-delivery service within a 10 mile radius free of charge as a courtesy. Mileage that exceeds 10 miles

will incur a small fee per mile detailed

on RYA's Pricing page.

Although providing prompt Turnaround Times without jeopardizing the quality of service is important, maintaining the safety and security of all documents will always remain top priority to RYA, which is why RYA will take great measures in ensuring the safest and securest return options are always provided to our customers.

For appropriate and adequate security measures, RYA will return all transcripts via USPS by selecting high-security options for each package to ensure all transcripts are returned to our customers safely and securely.

The high-security options RYA will always select include USPS tamper-evident packaging sent via Priority Mail, which automatically includes tracking info and insurance up to $100, Certificate of Mailing, and Certified Mail, which will include Signature Confirmations and Return Receipts.
