All customers will receive free

no-obligation quotes for any and all requested services to include

audio transcription and PBNS.

• RYA will provide order forms for the customer to complete for all services requested of RYA.
• Once the completed order form is returned, RYA will generate a detailed quote sheet based upon the requested services on the order form.
• RYA will send the completed quote sheet to the customer for final reviewing to ensure all requested services have been accurately notated and calculated.
• All requested services and calculations will be fully agreed upon between RYA and the customer prior to RYA completing any transcription work.

At the conclusion of all services,

RYA will generate one invoice that will contain all services rendered to include audio transcription and PBNS with the total amount due to RYA.

Final invoices for payment will be provided to the customer with options for submitting payment, either via a secure link,

payment page, or Checkout link

embedded on website.

Various payment methods are accepted

to include credit card, debit cards,

e-transfers, ACH transfers, PayPal, Venmo, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Amazon Pay.

Cash On Demand and Money Orders for

local, in-person transactions are also accepted along with a mobile POS system

if paying by credit or debit card.
