  • Rush jobs have a TAT of 3-5 days.
  • Full PBNS services are available for jobs with a Rush TAT.
  • Please take into account the USPS Priority Shipping and Delivery timeframe to receive your package/bound transcripts in hand.
  • If transcripts are needed in hand by the third day, then only a transcript returned via a secured FTP would be available with the exception of local pick-ups/deliveries.


Rush Rates:

Add $0.20 to the standard price for Rush TAT

  • Read Your Audio, LLC also offers laminating services for printed transcripts.
  • Customers may elect to have each printed page of their transcript laminated prior to being bound in the 3 ring binder.

Cost (per binder, NOT per page):

Audio 5 mins or less: $2 per binder

Audio 6 to 15 minutes: $3 per binder

Audio 16 minutes or longer: $5 per binder


Why Laminate?

  • In the event temporary notes are needed to be written on a transcript page, the customer may write directly on the laminated transcript with the added ability to wipe it clean afterwards keeping the actual transcript free of writings and markings.
  • Each transcript page remains protected from rips and tears.
  • Lamination adds a glossy finish, which provides a high-quality, professional look.





first-time customers



  • ​All first-time customers will receive their first PBNS and PNB services for free up to ten (10) binders, which includes all printing, laminating, binding, and shipping services.
  • Each subsequent binder exceeding a quantity of ten (10) will only incur the fees for subsequent binders listed in the "One Flat Fee" and "Lamination Services" sections on this page. "Small Jobs" will receive up to twenty (20) binders free of charge.
  • The standard $10 or $15 flat fees will begin to get charged when customers place a second order with Read Your Audio, LLC


small Audio Files



Shorter audio files will receive discounted pricing for PBNS service


6-15 minutes Long:

  • Flat fee of $10 up to ten (10) binders.
  • Each subsequent binder that exceeds the quantity of ten (10) will incur a fee of $0.25 for each binder.

5 Minutes or Less:

  • Free PBNS and PNB services up to ten (10) binders
  • Each subsequent binder that exceeds the quantity of ten (10) will incur a fee of $0.10 per binder.


Larger Audio Files



  • RYA will only charge one flat fee of $15 for PBNS services for transcription jobs that are 16 minutes or longer. This fee includes all USPS, UPS, and FedEx shipping costs as well as the printing and binding of transcripts per transcription job for up to ten (10) binders.
  • An additional fee of $0.50 will be charged for each subsequent binder ordered that exceed a quantity of ten (10).
  • RYA will cover all costs of any USPS, UPS, or FedEx shipping options and rates that may exceed the $15 fee.
  • RYA will NEVER charge customers any extra fees for any carrier shipping costs. Any additional fees incurred are only charged for extra binders exceeding a quantity of ten (10), optional laminating services ordered, or for RYA deliveries that exceed a 20-mile radius.


Local delivery/Pick Up



  • RYA will personally deliver binders free of charge up to a 20-mile radius. RYA deliveries greater than 20 miles will incur a fee of $0.25 per mile.
  • Any extra mileage will be calculated, agreed upon between the customer and RYA, and included on final invoice prior to RYA delivery.
  • Customers also have the option to pick up binders directly from RYA completely free of charge.
  • Payments will be accepted either in advance via invoiced remote payment or in person upon RYA delivery or customer pick up.

  • The $15 and $10 fee includes compensation for the printing and binding supplies (ink, paper, and 3-ring binders) as well as for all USPS, UPS, or FedEx shipping costs.
  • RYA will NEVER charge customers any extra fees for any carrier shipping costs that may exceed the flat $10 or $15 fees.
  • Additional fees are calculated for subsequent binders ordered that exceed a quantity of ten (10), optional laminating services, and RYA deliveries exceeding a 20-mile radius
